At Quick Elements, I created several products as well as internal tools. I delivered custom software solutions for a wide range of uses. Some highlights are:
- Creating a wide range of end-user tools, from simple gift card systems to complex event management software, catering to specific client needs.
- Integrating the WordPress backend with our Laravel framework, allowing clients to edit their websites through Quick Elements.
- Building and implementing SEO marketing tools that boosted client online visibility. I did technical SEO to increase website performance, as well as built an SEO dashboard for keyword research, ranking tracking, competitor analysis, and more.
- Developing CRM tools that improved lead tracking, client management, and communication for both our clients and internal teams.
- Creating an email marketing platform for crafting targeted campaigns, cart abandonment reminders, engaging newsletters, and promotional offers to drive conversions.
- Identifying opportunities for optimization and created scripts to automate operations.
- Creating and maintaining internal/partner REST APIs using MVC design practices.
